On May 1, 2025, Ruben Rios was passed to the degree of Fellow Craft in
Las Palmas Lodge. Ruben is
a real asset to Las Palmas-Ponderosa Lodge as he has taken over the task
of managing our kitchen and cooking all of our meals.
Brother Rios passed his Fellow Craft proficiency on May 26 and is
awaiting his 3rd degree to
be held in September.
On February 13th, Eugene Morales was initiated an Entered Apprentice Mason in Las Palmas Lodge.
On January 23, 2025, the newly installed officers of Las Palmas-Ponderosa Lodge initiated Gabriel Benard an Entered Apprentice Mason.
On January 16, 2025, our newly elected and appointed officers were installed.
On June 22, 2025, Master Bill Lyons PM and Secretary Bryan Kincade PM conducted the Masonic funeral for our officers coach and Past Master of Ponderosa Lodge, Chuck Bersani.

On March 28, 2024, Bro Freddy Alcorta was raised a Master Mason in Las Palmas-Ponderosa Lodge.
On March 21, 2024, Bro Andrew Miller PM was presented with the Hiram Award by Las Palmas-Ponderosa Lodge Master Bill Lyons PM.
On February 8, 2024, Murat Dugan was initiated an Entered Apprentice Mason.
On January 25, 2024, Ryan Luna was initiated an Entered Apprentice Mason.
On January 19, 2024, Brother Richard Ehorn received his Golden Veterans Award from
David Driesbach, PM, Inspector 502nd Masonic District.

On December 28, 2023, Las Palmas Lodge Had its Installation of Officers.
At our November Stated Meeting where we had our election of officers, we had a total of 19 brothers present. This is the largest attendance we have had at any meeting since pre Covid.
Christian L. Barries was initiated an Entered Apprentice Mason on November 2, 2023.
John Wilson was raised a Master Mason on October 26, 2023.
Chris Kim was raised a Master Mason on September 12, 2023.
On September 29, 2023, Nathanial Stapp and Tom Stockwell were initiated Entered Apprentice Masons. Brother Tom is the son-in-law of PM Larry Duba and Brother Nathanial is married to Bro Duba's granddaughter.
On September 14, 2023, Brother John Wilson was passed to the degree of Fellowcraft Mason.
On August 5, 2023, Richard Frey PM and Larry Hopper PM gave Brother Mike Reynolds a Masonic Funeral at the Saroyan Auditorium. Brother Mike was the driving force behind the "Three Strikes and You're Out" repeat offender sentencing law.
